The next steps are:
1) Please follow the link to pay by credit card or you can mail a check to “Reformation Tours”, 12316 244th St, Chisago City, MN 55013-9688.
2) Email us a copy of the photo page of your passport if you haven’t already uploaded an image. If you need to apply for or renew your passport, that’s no problem. You can send it later.
