House of Waterford Crystal
Ring of Kerry
Cliffs of Moher
The emerald landscapes of Ireland are legendary. Visitors find scenic and cultural gorgeous sites around every bend. Sculpted cliffs towering over the Atlantic Ocean, harbors, lakes, basalt giants that march into the sea at the Giant’s Causeway, castles, crystal, Parian pottery, and gorgeous woolens from the sheep are just the beginning of the treasures to be found. Dublin has numerous places that chronicle Irish history, literature and art. This heritage trip will explore the Christian history with a daily devotional.
This trip is hosted by Dr. Cliff and Wendi Morris from Dublin, Georgia. Cliff has served as the Senior Pastor of First Baptist Church Dublin, Georgia for 22 years and recently led a trip to England and Scotland. After that wonderful trip, Ireland appeared to be a logical extension.
Our Irish Guide will show us highlights including Dublin, Glendalough, Waterford, Cobh Harbor and Heritage Center, Killarney, Ring of Kerry, Muckross House and Gardens, Cliffs of Moher, Galway, Belleek Pottery, Donegal Castle, the Giant’s Causeway. We will then go to Belfast to see the Titanic Museum and later visit to Causey Farm and see sheep herded, make soda bread followed by a final authentic Irish dinner that evening with entertainment.
