  Tour members will take overnight flights from the USA to London. Reformation Tours can assist with booking flights if required. Pre-tour accommodation is available. (IF)

  Thursday, April 26, 2018: London

  On arrival in London, we will transfer to our centrally located hotel.  We will dine in our hotel this evening and meet the rest of the tour participants. (IF/D)

  Friday, April 27, 2018: London

  After breakfast in the hotel, we will visit Methodist heritage sites in London including the Museum of Methodism, Wesley Chapel, Bunhills Cemetery, St. Paul’s Cathedral, Aldersgate Street, and Central Methodist Hall with our local expert guide. The afternoon and evening are at leisure, and theater tickets can be arranged. (B)

  Saturday, April 28, 2018: Brussels

  After breakfast in the hotel, we will transfer to St. Pancreas train station for our train journey to Brussels. The train departs at 10:58 AM and arrives in Brussels at 2:05 PM. On arrival in Brussels, our tour director will meet us at the train station and escort us to our bus. We will meet up with the other tour members at the hotel.

Day 1: Friday, April 27, 2018: Departure
Tour members will take overnight flights from the USA to Brussels. Reformation Tours can assist with booking flights if required. (IF)

Day 2: Saturday, April 28, 2018: Brussels
On arrival in Brussels, our tour director will meet us at the airport and escort us to our bus. We will pick up the group who did the London pre-tour at the hotel and have a half-day orientation tour of Brussels. We will dine in our hotel this evening. (B/D)

Day 3: Sunday, April 29, 2018: Brussels
After breakfast at the hotel, our bus will take us to the Brussels Free Methodist Church for the morning service, followed by a fellowship lunch with church members of this Central African congregation. The afternoon is at leisure and the bus is available for afternoon touring. We will return to our hotel for our evening meal. (B/D)

Day 4: Monday, April 30, 2018: Bruges
We will have an early breakfast this morning and depart for Bruges. A local expert guide will take us on a walking tour of historic Bruges. We will check into our hotel and the rest of the day is at leisure, before we dine together this evening. (B/D)

Day 5: Tuesday, May 1, 2018: Oostende, Bruges
After breakfast we will drive to nearby Oostende, where we will visit the Ensor and the Atlantic Wall Museums.  In the afternoon we will meet with leaders from the Oostende and Diksmuide  Free Methodist Churches, which have members from Africa, South America, Asia, and Belgium. We will return to Bruges later in the day. (B)

Day 6: Wednesday, May 2, 2018: Noyon, Soissons, Paris
We will have an early breakfast this morning and depart for Noyon. We will tour the John Calvin Museum with a local guide, then travel to nearby Soissons to meet with French believers for lunch (arrangements still pending). We will continue to Paris and dine in our hotel close to the Eiffel Tower. (B/D)

Day 7: Thursday, May 3, 2018: Paris
After breakfast at the hotel we will have a morning excursion to Cergy and a sightseeing tour of Paris.  We will meet with members of the Cergy Free Methodist Church, who immigrated  to France from Haiti. Additional sightseeing can be arranged in the afternoon or free time.  (B)

Day 8: Friday, May 4, 2018: Paris, Budapest
The morning is at leisure to explore Paris (or we can arrange additional sightseeing). The bus will pick us up at the hotel at noon for the transfer to the airport for our flights to Budapest. On arrival in Budapest our local guide will escort us to the bus for our transfer to our hotel.  We will dine in our hotel this evening. (B/D)

Day 9: Saturday, May 5, 2018: Budapest
We will have breakfast at our hotel, then our local guide and bus will take us on a half-day sightseeing tour of Budapest. We will take an afternoon tour of the Budapest Ministry Center and meet with Budapest Free Methodist Church leaders.  This evening we will attend a Hungarian dinner and folklore concert. (B/D)

Day 10: Sunday, May 6, 2018: Budapest, Győr
After breakfast at our hotel, we will walk to the morning church service in Budapest, followed by a Fellowship lunch with church members. In the afternoon we will board the bus and drive to nearby  Győr. We will have a walking tour of the historic old town, then attend the evening English language service of the Győr Free Methodist Church. (B/L)

Day 11: Monday, May 7, 2018: Budapest
We will have breakfast in the hotel, then explore the Royal Palace of Gödöllő. The afternoon is at leisure, with an optional visit to a thermal spa. We will dine in our hotel this evening. (B/D)

Day 12: Tuesday, May 8, 2018: Return
We will transfer to the airport for return to USA or continue on with cruise (B)

Whenever possible, we choose hotels in town centers, so that you are able to go off and explore in your free time. It may be necessary for us to substitute hotels for others of equal quality. Flight Information

Please arrange to be in London on the morning of April 26, 2018 or Brussels on the morning of April 28, 2018. The return flight is from Budapest on May 8, 2018.

If you would prefer to arrive earlier, we can arrange pre-tour hotel nights.

We can either assist you with flights or you can book your own once the tour is a guaranteed departure. Please ensure we have a copy of your flight itinerary for our records as soon as you have booked it.

What’s included in the land price of $2,600?

Price based on a minimum of 20 participants. London pre-tour is $800 per person land only

Your Tour Does Not Include

•  Air transportation other than Paris to Budapest flight (group air available)
•  Pre-tour to London ($800 plus single supplement of $200)
•  Single supplement ($750)
•   Meals and beverages not identified in itinerary
•   Items of a personal nature, such as passports and visas. Passports must be valid for months beyond return date.
•   Pre-tour cancellation insurance (details sent with reservation form)
•   Gratuities for tour director, and drivers

Payment Schedule

•   Deposit of $350 will secure your place on the tour. Please send all payments to Reformation Tours, P.O Box 854, Belleville, IL 62222.
•   Final invoices will be sent in January 2018
•   Final payment is due by February 9, 2018
•   Reservations will be accepted after February 9, 2018, subject to availability

Insurance

Starting in 2018, we are switching to the Professional Plan offered by Roam Right Insurance, a division of Arch Insurance Company. We include $500 coverage in your tour price and you are welcome to upgrade to cover the full tour premium. The cost of the tour insurance is the tour cost (minus $500) x 6.14%. This will be automatically added to your invoice.

Cancellations

Regardless of reason, cancellations are costly. To offset these costs the following fees will apply, plus any non-recoverable expenses to our suppliers:
From time of deposit to until 100 days before departure: $100
From 99-15 days prior to departure: $350 plus any non refundable deposits
14 days or less prior to departure: No refund– Cancellation charges also apply to additional accommodation reserved prior to and after the tour.
– Cancellations must be received in writing by 5:00 p.m. central time on the last business day of the applicable time period.
– For flight changes or cancellations, revision fees and/or airline cancellation charges will apply.
– Roommates canceling can result in a single supplement charge for the roommate. The Participant who cancels will be responsible for that charge if a substitute roommate cannot be found.
– Trip Cancellation and Interruption Insurance is strongly recommended.
Reformation Tours cannot assume responsibility for any additional costs or fees relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not made through Reformation Tours.
